Today we made an early start, heading back into Arches National Park straight to the most popular hike at Delicate Arch before the crowds arrive. It's a 3 mile walk in 90 degrees at altitude across slickrock with no shade, brutal but worth it for the view at the end. On the way back we visited Fiery Furnace viewpoint and Bradley was making things out from the rocks, we could see a Gorilla's face and Megatron from Transformers was in there too. We then stopped at the Windows section of the park to see Turret Arch and Double Arch. By now we were all Arched out and decided to head back for the nightly BBQ. We did some laundry, had dinner and then got chatting to a family from Oregon with children about the same age as Bradley. We sat down to a few more drinks than we should have had until about midnight, but it was loads of fun and we will definitely have to fit Oregon and Washington into our next trip.
