Gram said they got quite a bit though. No news since yesterday. Wednesday I have to be to work bright and early for summer school registration! Your sistas start track next week already, hard to believe with ALL the snow we have. Tonight is another city meeting about the neighborhood. Beezy,
WOW, I wish I was there with you, if not just for the experience, at least to get a good price for your hand in marriage! You tell those jokers I'm not quite ready to sell yet. I'd want several herds of goat!
So glad you had a great time. Have fun, but stay safe!
Love ya, DAD

BREANNE!! that safari sounds amazing!!!!! ooo and the whole village experience sounds to me like something i HAD to watch with my history/nature father the other day!! it was about drinking blood from a horse, and guards guarding at night, while a lion or leapard got in at night. It was somewhere in Kenya and was on the discovery chanel so yea......you know how he is about all those good ol' history and discovery channel shows. Its been like 35 this whole weekend and today!!!!! amazing, i know. South of Madison there supposed to get up to a foot of snow!! whatever, as long as it doesn't come to marshfield. O and guess what?? i am getting my wisdom teeth out April 10!!! Your going to miss out on that great experience. i really dont know why they call them wisdom teeth but whatever. Jim Wand is coming on Wednesday so i'm pretty pumped for that, front row seats baby!!! Well you keep having fun. and please don't drink and blood!!! peace out homie.

Breanne.........Wow!....the pictures of your trip to the Samburu village were awesome! It sounded like an unforgetable experience especially the goat roast. They have quite an interesting diet. I would love to have seen the dance. Job looks like he would be an excellent catch. I wonder if you could convince your dad to give him your hand in marriage. Good luck! We look forward to reading about your adventures and are really enjoying the travel blogs.
Take care.........love..........Grandma & Grandpa.

Bre, Bre! You know just how to cheer me up...the safari adventure sounded absolutely fantastic, besides the goat eating, blood drinking component. (I wonder if they make Bloody Mary's a bit more literal over there?)
Emma!

I wish I had a pet elaphant. they are so cute! I thought it was so so so funny when the baby was laying down and it looked like all the older elaphants were laphing at it!

Jambo Breanne,Now I not only know the Spanish for Grandpa and Grandmother but Kiswahili!!! You are still teaching an 'old dog' some new tricks :). Enjoyed your card and I am so proud that mine was your first mail! Hope you had a great Safari this weekend and that everything was safe. So happy to hear you are enjoying your internship so much and your African experience.
Love you and always sending our prayers,

Hey Bre,
Great pictures!!! I can't believe how close you get to the elephants, Rhinos and Giraffes.
I have been thinking about you and was so happy to run into your mom the other night at the girls b-ball game. She was telling me that your walk to school can be "crappy" :) "Yikes!" Good thing you're a runner....although we all know how fast Kenyans can run :) Stay strong, run fast and keep your lunch/money!
From the looks of the food, I would guess you could use some snicker brownies or peanut butter balls. Let me know and address and I'll see what I can do.
You look great in the pictures. Enjoy yourself. Be safe!
Love from the Southworth's

I LOVED your pictures of the elephants...they are so pretty! :) Hope you're having a great time Bre!! Be safe.

Hi Breanne,
We are just loving your updates on your blog. I have to print
them because Uncle Cliff is no good with the computer. So glad
that all is going well for you. Have a good time on your Safari this
weekend. So glad that they are being very careful with you.
Sounds like you are having quite some experiences and are able
to take advantage of all that is put before you. Doesn't even
sound like you are little bit homesick. What a trooper you are!!!
Haven't seen that pictures of the elephants that everyone is
talking about - I'll go in to photos and check it out next.
Keeping you in our thoughts and prayers. Can't wait to get home
after work and check your blog. - We love you!!

Breanne...you are looking great in your pictures!! Those elephants are soooo cute. I bet you wanted to get right in there and play with them in the mud. I think my kids are in such awe of your pictures and everything I have told them that you have been able to do there! Who knows maybe in 10 or 15 years I will have some world travelers of my own that want to go and experience the world like you. I hope the safari happens soon. Take care!! Patti
