Our first morning of rain. Managed a quick few laps before kids up. So nice to swim! Yummy big breakie again, kids are in heaven with huge Chocolate chaud each, pasteries, du pain avec confiture ou fromage, oeff. Gab's tum being ok, trying cereal instead if bread/salad instead of sambos... But hard for her.
Day trip to chambord castle. Massive in middle of forest, a hunting residence. Not nearly as intimate and pretty, and way more tourists. Jaz loving the castles, wanted to do another one, but G and F v keen for home, it goes over their head. All asleep on trip home, ahhh nice for C and I !
Sun came out and had a gorgeous afternoon/dinner at home with animals and discovering under ground tunnels. Gabs picked up some enormous snails. This place is fabulous, so pretty. Looks just like a castle, so lucky it's just us!! Took loads of pics! L & G bit of a cough.
