Day six:

Woke up ridiculously early 4:45!
Went for a swim with Glen, Bev and J! What an experience. We met at 06:30, went down to the ironman start point and swam with all the ironman athletes who were training! Swam along the ironman course to a pontoon (associated with the event) which handed out coffee! So we had a coffee half a mile out at sea, whilst treading water. Swam a total of 1.2miles, but had fins on!
Went back to the villa and decided to go on a submarine excursion to see the sealife, another amazing experience! We caught a boat out to the sub and the submerged to around 100ft saw hundreds if different fish species. The dive lasted an hour, after which we went for a spot of lunch, which I paid for seeing as Ken refused to take my money for the sub excursion!!
After which we hung around for the iron opening ceremony parade. All the countries paraded down the Main Street so we cheered Glen on!
Dinner followed with another visit to Bubba Gump shrimp as it is the only place big enough to fit a part of 13 in! Had Mac & cheese.
Following dinner we headed back to the ranch and the other young ones shortly followed us and we played drinking games!
Finally called it a do at around 1ish following a long, enjoyable day :)
