Another beautiful day in Prague! I set out to find a brewery at a monastery near Prague Castle today. So I find this brewery, I walk in, sit down at a table, the outside door opens up, and a guy I went to high school with walks in. What I think was even more surprising about someone from my high school walking in was that it was someone I was happy to see! Mike and I worked together on the dramas and musicals throughout our time at Millburn HS (Mike was one year behind me). He has gone on to quite a bit of success working in film and tv producing out in LA. Like me, he was on an extended tour of Europe and happened to make the same choice to head to the brewery. Ohhh this world. In any case, we enjoyed a few great beers (and a huge plate of goulash for me), caught up on life and the people we went to high school with, had a great time.

After lunch we went to take some photos at Prague Castle before he left for Budapest. We parted ways and I headed back to the hostel for a bit to recharge some batteries for some night shooting. Got some nice photos at the castle, and am planning on doing more shooting tonight. Going to take advantage of the New Europe tour of Prague.. New Europe Tours offer free tours in multiple cities across Europe, making their money off of tips from their patrons. Time for a shower and some food before heading into Prague!
