Hello all!!

well, we have offically had our first day in London! Megs and I flew out of SLC to Chicago and then after 3 hours sitting in O'hare, we took off for London, only to sit another hour in the plane because of the nasty rain Chicago was having. It was a bit of a bumpy ride, but we got here safe and sound.

We spent two hours in the airport going through immigration and customs and such. after we were totally through we took the tube to our hotel, where we dropped off our massive amounts of stuff. i tell you, i am dreading having to lug that stuff back onto the tube when we leave. but anwyays, we just dropped off our stuff because we couldnt check in until one. so we wandered around Hyde park for a bit, went to an art gallery and then headed back to our hotel to change out of our yucky travling clothes and take a small nap so we could not be zombies when we met up with Kate and Matthew! We met up by the Peter Pan statue and wandered around until we found food. we ate in a slightly sketchy (and sticky!) pub, but the food wasn't half bad.

it's been raining on and off all day (suprise suprise) so after food we stopped at a stand and i bought my self an umbrella so i wouldnt be the only wet one.

well, my paid time is almost up, but i love and miss you all!!
