Have spent 2 nights camped in Etosha National Park. The highlight of which was the floodlit watering hole. Just sit and watch as elephants, giraffe, rhino, jackel, zebra and springbok all take there turns to drink from the whole. Incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The Delta trip was brilliant. So relaxing traveling by Mokoro through the grasses and lilly pads. There are lots of little islands in the Delta and we were able to get up fairly close to some elephants grazing on one of them. We camped out overnight under a Sausage Tree. The last few days have been amazing (and mosquito ridden). Arrived at the campsite on Sunday and went for a little run up the very sandy lane and back. Then me and Kim thought we would like a bit more of a run so decided to do a few intervals down a track marked "Crocodile Farm" "Only enter with a Guide". Didn't think we were going far so chose to ignore the sign.... needless to say we ended up at the crocodile farm!! It was 5pm so no-one...

Just a quickie. We are on our way to Maun, on the Okavango Delta. Really looking forward to next few days. We are having an overnight excursion exploring the delta traveling by Makoro, a dug out canoe and on foot. We will be going through the giant lily pads and tall grasses through narrow channels with hippo and croc along the way.
