Arrived in Darwin 3 days ago (Tuesday). They call it 'The Top End', Australians are very good at saying it how it is. We are now officially in the tropics and the heat now has humidity which makes it a lot more uncomfortable. Lots of flies AND mosquitos... Well, 2 days in Alice Springs is probably more than enough. Didn't do quad biking just too expensive, didn;t hire a car because to be honest it's quite nice to have a break from travelling.
