Well the rest of the Chiloa pictures are added to the foto folder. What a nice Island is it. I like the atmosphere on this Island is very special. It is a real close comunity in wich the churches (yes the wooden ones I visited) are very important.Chiloe excist of one big island and a several small islands. The most of this islands have inhabitants, but there is almost no infrastructure. We went to such a small Island. It really feels like going back in time.On this Island they served the traditional Chiloe food, Curanto, to us. They make this meal on a fire (a stove) in the ground. The meal excist on seafood, potatoes, meat and a kind of bread wich is made from potatoes. I liked the most about this food (the meat and the seafood) but the breadthingies are not that great. I wouldn't eat this very often. This morning we went from Castro to Puerto Varas. I am back on the mainland of Chile. Puerto Varas is in the lake district. This district cross the border with Argentina. Tomorrow we are going to cross the lakes from Puerto Varas (Chile) to Bariloche (Argentina. The weather is getting better here. Today we had sun instead of rain. It is not time (yet) for a short pants. Although that is my opinion, I saw people swiming today in the lake…
