She was nice and woke me up around half 9 as my alarm is kinda non-existent plus unlike Andrew's roommates she didn't snore :D Had an awesome day of sightseeing! Got to see the planetarium though we didn't spend a lot of time there cause they kicked us out do they could have their siesta :/ after that we took the subway to some awesomely named places: went to avada de America do we could change to go to Ibiza! Though instead of clubbing we went a massive park (parquet del buen retiro) it was so hot and so pretty got ice cream and saw a huge lake with big fish and where people were rowing boats. Though the best part of it was on one side was a beautiful monument so pictures had to be taken :). We had a walk round some of the park and there were tiny wild kittens in the park! I wanted one but Andrew said no... :'(
More walking lead us to an arch which I think represented independence. Then there was a long street with the bank of Spain and we went to an Irish restaurant for lunch where we had sandwiches and chips. The bacon was a bit salty for me but Andrew seemed to like it :). After that we took the subway again to go see the bullfighting arena, unfortunately it was closed but we still took pictures of the outside. I had no idea it was so big! It was late and everything was closing so we went back to hostel. Andrew found that he had a new roommate and later I found 4 French girls joining me and the Croatian girl. They were so messy and noisy, after going out for a bit I came back to find clothes everywhere hanging from wherever they could hang them - no space for the rest of us :/. When I was out I met the Argentinian girl and we had a chat and she said she was almost robbed but she was all knowing so she was alright and the their wasn't successful. :) As it was a nice night and it was too hectic in the rooms, Andrew and I went out for drinks and munch which was awesome even though our waiter was a bit slow and allowed us to say when with our alcohol measures which was weird but their chocolate cake was so yummy!
