Went out for a walk this morning. Right after my last note it started pouring. Went back to sleep. Woke up, the sun was out.
A shopkeeper was very angry when I went into her store to buy a razor. I have know idea why. I bought one and she got nice. Damn expensive though. 1300 rubles, like forty bucks?! Yikes!
Oh well. Went to a Starbucksetchskya. And then found a cool old Russian watch, in a small store in an underpass, with a new band for 1000 rubles. You do the math. I'm holding off on getting aspirin at (sixty dollars a bottle?) until I talk with my hosts.

Just figured out why the razor is so expensive. It's got a battery.
