New town, new hostel! This one is is a 14 bed dorm; all female so hopefully less snoring! There are 2 private toilets and showers with 3 sinks and mirrors; all separate which is awesome. This is a massive 9 story hostel that looks like an old hotel. The train from Stirling to Glasgow was like a mix between the skytain and a railway train. This one is better than the skytrain though because there were people with reserved seats, wine and little plastic wine glas...

The Tattoo Festival was amazing!! I'll admit I was a little disappointed to find out that it wasn't about the kind of tattoos we are used to, but it was a sight to be seen! I have a ton of pictures but only a couple on my camera. From a Turkish cafe to Mamma's, a pizzeria with gluten free beer and pizza. Score!! The art on the rock walls are nicely painted pizza boxes. The rich history and reminders of how old things are here is everywhere. I spent an hour and a half touring the castle. It was huge and there are lots of picture opportunities. Just having a latte at a Turkish cafe, Cafe Truva, planning my trip to the Edinburgh Castle and Tattoo Military festival tonight. It's a rough day ;-)

The picture you see is what I'm looking at out the hostel room I'm staying :) The airline food wasn't bad; there's something you don't hear too often. Dinner was veggies and rice with a big hunk of fish on top, fruit, lettuce with a piece of tomato and a stale rice cake with butter. Breakfast was vegetarian and better even though it too had a stale rice cake. I'm drained from the flight; I couldn't sleep and I'm scared to now as I don't want to be up all night. ...
