The picture you see is what I'm looking at out the hostel room I'm staying :)
The airline food wasn't bad; there's something you don't hear too often. Dinner was veggies and rice with a big hunk of fish on top, fruit, lettuce with a piece of tomato and a stale rice cake with butter. Breakfast was vegetarian and better even though it too had a stale rice cake. I'm drained from the flight; I couldn't sleep and I'm scared to now as I don't want to be up all night.
I shared a taxi with a lady I met in the line up for them at the airport. It was £18 to my hostel but she would only take £5 which was nice! Especially because I didn't budget for the 0.20£ it would cost me to use the restroom at the mall. I've never seen that before!!
I walked around the fringe festival on the Royal Mile. I made sure I only took up to three turns from my hostel so I didn't get lost There is a lot going on and it's easy to get loaded down with pamphlets! Tons of shows and plays going on tonight and some are free including comedy in the pub attached to the hostel.
I'm at the St Christopher's Inn in Edinburgh for tonight and tomorrow then I'll make my way to Glasgow, most likely by bus because I told Dad I wouldn't hitchhike ;)
