How many times can someone say someone has made then homemade creme brûlée?
Mr. Hall made us a three course dinner, including salad, lasagna (did I mention it was gluten free?!?), and for desert, his favored blueberry cobbler. Alas, great cobbler needs a little flour and a lot of oats for flavor and texture. He didn't want me to feel left out, so he "quickly whipped up" some strawberry and rhubarb creme brûlée.
He even gave me a tutorial on how to use the big guns, the kitchen torch, an essential component to caramelize the sugar on top.
If your feeling ballsy enough, he swears creme brûlée is easier to make then people think.... If you have the big guns of course.
