Another travel day begins. Today we passed through 3 border crossing, out of El Salvador, into Guatemala and then finally into Honduras! Was a bit of a long day and arrived in Copan at about 2pm. Checked into the hotel and went out for lunch not long after. Once again went to a local restaurant where we sampled the national dish, Baleadas. It was much like a Papusa except bigger and with cream as well. Good old beans and cheese! At about 4:30 we hoped into a number of tuk tuks and headed on up the hill to watch the sunset over the city. It was very relaxed and beautiful.
