After Wilderness we headed further up the Garden Route to Plettenberg Bay. It's a much bigger town than Wilderness, but our hostel's right on the beach. The first night there was a big braii at the hostel that everyone joined in, which was fun. We spent the first day just exploring the town, then relaxing on the beach in the afternoon (we took bodyboards down but the water was too cold so we never got around to using them) The second day we went on a beach walk, along to the Roburg Peninsula, which is another one of the many national parks around here. When we arrived back in Plett, we stopped off for a (well deserved) glass of wine in a beach bar, and saw a group of about twenty dolphins playing in the water just a few feet away from where we were sitting, which was really amazing- we got a much better view at the dolphins there than we did on our dolphin-watching cruise in Zanzibar. Tomorrow night we'll be spending in Port Elizabeth, before heading on out of the Garden Route and on to the Wild Coast.
