G'day!

Got the bus to byron bay yesterday after a mental night on the hostel club crawl! My hostel joined up with another 7 and took us to 4 venues with loads of free stuff. It was quite a big night out and I had such a great time, met so many people and the girls from my room were a laugh and a half.

The bus to Byron was only a few hours so I had a day of organising my now very messy rucksack, washing and shopping for some healthy food. When your moving to a new place every 2 days it seems impossible to consume vegetables or anything remotely healthy so I'm having a bit of a detox week in terms of food, any I bought some cereal which I miss so much. God I love breakfast.

My room here is in an all girls dorm which is set out like a 2 floor apartment which is pretty cool and when I got back yesterday I heard a familiar voice upstairs which was Penilla, a girl I shared with in Brisbane! Was really cool to see her.

Fenn is in Byron aswell so we all went out to Cheeky Monkeys, its only a bar but its pretty famous and reminds me of Coyote Ugly, the film. Didn't stay out too late, trying to save the pennies and get rested for when Christella and Jo meet us here.

The beach here is good and I've been sun baking today. Its still nice and hot but there's a bit of a breeze at the moment, can't believe this is winter!
