I told him about my planned day of returning my non waterproof boots, camera collecting, farewell bidding, hostel moving, hang gliding and possible skateboard buying (only the last I didn't do to combat DOC's extortionate hut rates... and the guy's house was too far away for my over used knee to cope with, naw poor me j know!!!). Rory (after recovering from his hangover) was going to make the use of a special offer on the canyon swing. The tandem hangglide instructor knew the Steve who did my 21st bday introduction and let me take control of the craft for the flight off Mt Coronet (linked to the one in Pokemon diamond/pearl?) and landed us with brilliant swoops and spirals! M. E. G. A.

Also very proud of myself for remembering Mr Smyth's class on consumer right all those years ago as the boss of the shop was wrong, and rude, and I left with a more expensive pair of boots (and in a better size) after checking that NZ law is the same, see photo. Me and Nicole from the canyon crowd (which included Callum from oz and his mum who made me miss 34th Lancaster Scouts) then went to celebrate with drinks. Ps Lynx deodorant seems to work as an effective sand fly repellant!
