Well today was quiet wet, a constant wet drizzle/rain. We explored Conwy castle and surrounds in the morning. The castle is very old built between 1283-7 and the wall distance is 1.6 miles. We also checked out the town with all the welsh Dragons around and interesting little shops. Lunch was in a tearoom in the main street was very old but had great atmosphere.
In the arvo we headed SW via Caernarfon to Llanberis for the snowdon train. But as the weather had closed in there were no more trips for the day but he did find the remains of an old castle called Dolbadon which was made out rock and shale. That's the photo for this blog looking out of the keeps window at the top.
You can always tell the locals as they always wear gumboots! So if you need help/ directions that's who you go to!
