Days 22 and 23 - 900 dollery-doos!!?

Say the title in a strong Aussie accent and it'll be funny!

Day 22 begins with an unwelcome early morning because half the dorm are checking out, they're all up at 9 to check out by 10! Doesn't bother me too much because I'm definitely still drunk! This 'goon' stuff is lethal!!! They all leave the room and I get a bit more sleep! I get up after a couple hours more sleep and head out to try and book my skydiving... On top of all my fears it turns out I might be a bit too heavy to do it, despite losing quite a bit of weight since I've been away already! I'm as light as I've been for about 7 or 8 years!! Anyway I have to be assessed by the safety guy to see if I can do it!! At the moment they don't want to do it so I've got to go back and speak to the head instructor tomorrow... This really isn't helping ease my concerns!! I head back to the room to have a bit of a chill because I'm definitely still hungover! As so many people have checked out of the room there's a few people waiting for me in the room, 2 guys from Essex (Tom and Dickie) and Tom's girlfriend Carla from Derbyshire! I head down to the bar for a drink with them and it turns into a proper Sunday sesh!! After the free tea we head out to buy some goon! It's amazing how cheap this stuff is, I mean it's just a box of wine that you can get at home but for half the price!! We head back to the room and end up playing some drinking games with some Swedish girls , jamie the scottish guy who was in the room before and 'aki' the Japanese guy who has moved into the dorm (he doesn't really know what's going on). We get pretty merry and head downstairs to the club and have an epic night! I end up wandering back to the room after a slice of pizza and I get chatting to some guys from Leeds outside their room, not really my type of people so I just head back to the dorm with everyone else and we have a lot of drunken banter before bed!!

Day 23

Day 23 begins with a monumental hangover... Tom, dickie, Carla and I are all a bit delicate!! In fact I'm still absolutely mullered when I wake up!! Oh well, we head out to woolworths (it still exists here but it's more like an asda) to get some breakfast! As my appetite is completely non existent I just get a croissant! This lasts me until the free supper...
After this I head out with Roel, the Dutch guy in the room to try and get my money back for the skydive! I can't get it back in the shop and I have to email them... But at the rate I'm losing weight I might just see how heavy I am by the time I get further south and try it then! I get back to the room and the guys are there and we go down to the pool for a beer or two (hair of the dog job) we have a couple of beers down there and come back to the room to get back on the goon!! After tonight we've had nearly 18 litres of the s*** between us! Because Ellie and the two Essex girls had moved out of the room we had 3 people moving in! Dickie, Roel and I had been hoping for 3 Scandinavian supermodels to move in, our hopes were dashed however when 3 French people moved in! To be fair they're a cracking bunch, friendliest French I've ever met! They get stuck into the goon and we play some drinking games with them! There's Claire, G (we call him this because his name is unpronounceable) and Cyril. Jamie who was in the room before us was round having a goon or 10 with us and he quickly moves in on Claire! Lad!! We head out to PJ o'brian's for a couple, to introduce dickie and Tom to these Essex girls who were from the same town! Another small world moment! After this we head to the woolshead for a bit of table dancing (bit of a family inside joke thing here) like the nederhutte in obergurgl!!! Love it!! We have a few beers with the French and a massive boogie in there followed by bedtime!!
