After a great time in Huaraz we returned to Lima for a short while and stayed with our friends again. We spent time doing errands and chatting. Molly needed a pair of sandals and had to go to 8 different stores because the largest size the shops carried was 2 sizes smaller than her feet, who'd a thunk? Its a surprising challenge going somewhere where you are the biggest by far :) at least if you are in the market for certain things.
We had a great short stay in Lima, clothes washed, camping stuff dry, and spending time with a wonderful family. Next stop 5 hour bus to Ica. Home of sand dunes and wineries.
