We are Sailing
When we arrived, the were several yachts on moorings, and yet again another luxury yacht. This time it was a "wally" yacht. These are made in Italy and are very luxurious. It looked amazing. The kids were having fun using a Kite from a kite board to tow around their rubber ducky, It looked like great fun! Well our boat was anchored, so it was time for a swim. The water was 29 degrees. We all swum around for a while, then had our showers on the back of the boat. By the time Brian and I had finished, Stuart had organised the cheese and biscuits, (not as good as the girls do it, but not bad for an amateur). We then unloaded DTRB off the yacht, put the motor on it, and got it ready for going into town.
We decided we wanted an early'night so we left for tea at about 8 pm. There were 2 taverns to choose from. Again the meals were great, the people really'nice. Honestly we have food, drinks, wine, etc,'and it costs $12 a head. I battle to buy a pint of beer for that in Perth.
We make our way to DTRB, Stuart and Brian were right off the mark weren't they, guess who had to get wet to push the boat out!
Well it is now 10.38 and Brian and I are sitting on the back of the boat listening to the music wafting across from the tavern. I am writing this blogg, he is looking at his CMAPS planning out tomorrows trip to Kos, where we will meet up with the girls, hopefully before they have cleaned out our credit cards.
We finally made contact with the girls this afternoon, so it was good to know they had arrived safely. It was Diannes birthday today, and she and Cheryl were celebrating by having a couple of B52s. They had organised their accommodation. We will look forward to catching up with them, and then moving onto Turkey. I did some research on Kos and that's where Kos lettuce comes from. (honest, google it). The Kos Marina is quite new, and the facilities good, so we are looking forward to it.

Kate Great to read the blogs and the fun you are having. I am pretty jealous but shouldn't be as we have adventures ahead albeit in Oz. Will talk again soon. Luv Kate
