This morning, Chris took a hot air balloon ride with B&Y (and about 70 other balloons) in Cappadocia. We went with Butterfly Balloons. We had the amazing fortune of cruising right past the hotel where we were staying. We were so close that we could wave to Skye and talk with heras we drifted past. Incredible!

The very cool thing about Gorome is the people. We have had amazing encounters with very generous and kind people. Our cave hotel is amazing, the view, the food, the hammam, and the people. After a five o'clock start we took a private transfer to the airport on the Asian side of Istanbul. It was so foggy and magical yet I was feeling awful as I have come down with a sore throat and more. So I was not excited to get on this plane in the thick fog.
