I am sooo sad I have to go back home in a few hours. :( I absolutely love it here. I heard it was raining back home and right now I'm outside of this beautiful coffee shop, surrounded by beautiful plants, and the weather is just perfect.

So the last couple of days were nice. On the way back from Santa Maria we decided to visit Venice Beach since it was on the way to San Diego. During the trip my cousin drove through this small town called Solvang. It was of course a tourist spot full of shops. I felt like I was somewhere in Europe, I think it was Danish based, but anywho it was really cool looking. We past by vinards and an ostrich farm.

So Venice was...... interesting to say the least. It was a strip of shops and Venice Beach Physicians ( I call them Marijuana Doctors haha). I guess you can walk in and have a doctor evaluate you to see if you qualify for a medical marijuana card. Yea... it was pretty funny. During our walk through the strip, we ran into a couple of movie stars. This guy who stars in the show The Closer (I don't feel like looking up his name. Personally I don't watch the show.) But yea they were filming a scene there- Hopefully I'm in it haha. It was a really active place. They had Skate boarding ramps, basketball courts, tennis courts, even a weight lifting area.

So once we got back to San Diego it was time to say goodbye to my Tio Manuel and cousin Jerry. :( I hate goodbyes. So after that we had Dinner at our favorite Mexican Joint. I always order the California burrito. Let me tell you about this burrito... It is the reason for San Diego existance!!!! It's a massive burrito made up of carne asada, cheese, salsa, and my favorite french fries!!! MMMmmmm. Don't worry there's a pic of it. haha

The next day I dropped my aunt off at work so we can borrow her car for the day. She works at a Target and forced me to shop and take a picture of her working hard in the shoe department. haha Once I got back to the apartment my cousin Jerry texted me saying we had left something behind in my uncle's car. Luckily my cousin was dropped off at his brothers house which is about 40 mins away. Which was a good thing cause I had wanted to visit my cousin Benny from the start. So we drove to San Marcos. It was nice visiting my cousin Benny since he has been sick for awhile it was great catching up and I'm glad he is doing better. :) So we took our pics and said our farewells for now. When we got back a friend of the family stopped by. Gladys - I haven't seen her in forever she seemed good and I'm glad my mom got to see an old friend.
