Hello Hello!!

How are you all? great i hope!! well we have done lots and lots of exciting stuff since we last wrote!! Its actually been our favourite week in Australia so far! (Exept maybe for Sydney - Sydney is awesome!!!) When i last wrote we had just arrived in Rainbow Beach, there wasnt much to do there, only about 4 shops and a cafe so pretty small! the beach was lovely but was a national highway so you couldnt really sun bathe unless you want to dodge cars!! We also cant go in the sea from now on without stinger suits so no more swimming or surfing for us!! :(

After rainbow we went to Hervey bay which is where we go to fraser island from! Fraser island is the biggest sand island in the world and basically we got a 4x4 and were let loose on the island! ace! we were in a group of 11 and we crammed into the car along with tents, food and camping stuff and we camped for 2 days! It was so much fun, the tracks on the island were crazy, they had 2ft drops in them and we got stuck a few times and had to dig the car out of the sand and push!! Great experience though and we made some great friends. There were gorgeous lakes on the island including lake mckenzie, they were all fresh water lakes so we swam in them, they were also our showers for a few days!! hee hee!! Wild dingoes roamed the island 2!

After Fraser island and after about 10 million showers to get rid of sand we went and stayed on a cattle ranch in a place called kroombit. We did goat mustering on horses - we had to collect the goats fromn the feilds and get them in ready for the goat rodeo! fun! We learnt how to crack a whip, we started to watch a goat rodeo but it was horrible and made us really upset so we left. they were cruel to the goats and dragged them by their feet and stuff! We also had a competition on the mechanical bull, matt was first and he flew off on the first buck, it was v.funny! We also had our first roast dinner for almost 4 months too which was lovely!

After Kroombit we went to Airlie Beach, from Airlie we went on our whitsunday sailing experience! for 2-3 days we stayed on a boat with about 25 people and sailed around they whitsunday islands. it was beautiful and we did lots of brilliant snorkelling! (in stinger suits of course!) we also went to Whitehaven beach which is voted number one beach in the world!! the sand was pure white and so soft! The boat have lovely food and music and was such a great trip! it was so rocky though so there was quite alot of people puking! i almost did too!

Well............. thats about it, we have just arrived in magnetic island (just off coast of townsville) and we are going to just relax for 4 days! lovely!!!!

anyway my hand hurts from typing so fast so thjats enough for now! please let us know how you all are and write on our message board!!!
