Hey Everyone,

Sorry it says we are in Byron bay still, we arent its just the computer is being a pain and it wont let me change it!!! Anyway we are Rainbow Beach on the Sunshine Coast! Since i last wrote we have been to Surfers Paradise where we had a brilliant day in Wet n Wild!! its a huge water park with real scary slides that are just crazy!!! we spent about 8 hours whizzing down water slides and having so much fun!! We also went to 'ripleys believe it or not' museum which has lots of weird amazing things like the world tallest man, the world fattest man and stuff like that!! good fun!! We are also still travelling with our friends Emily and Stuart which is real good fun!

Then we headed off to Brisbane. On the way we did ZORBING!!!! woo hoo!! its so much fun - you roll down a hill in a big rubber ball - it has water in it too so you just slide around like crazy! There was 3 of us in it, me matt and Mikkel so we were bashing around inside! We now know what it feels like to be hamster! Anyway Brisbane is ok, not very touristy and is just a huge industrial city really. we still gad a great time at the koala sanctuary where we got to cuddle a lovely koala! we cuddled Damian and he was so heavy i had to lean backwards so i didnt topple over!!

After Brisbane was Noosa, Noosa is lovely. its a small town but is very pretty. it has a gorgeous national park along the coast where we saw wild koalas and loads of wildlife!! there was also a great surf comp on at the time which was great to watch! From Noosa we also went to Australia Zoo (Steve Irwins Zoo) and it was incrediable!! the best zoo by miles we have ever been to, all the animals have so much room and a nice place to live! we hand fed elephants, saw a crocodile show, a snake show, held a huge big snake and saw loads more!! I do have a v.funny story about matt - we were watching the live show a the zoo and its recorded for a kids wildlife show over here so there is cameras etc. The presenter asked anyone that wanted to win a ticket to hold a huge snake and get free photos had to do an impression of any animal! well matt jumped up and started being an elephant and making weird noises and he was the one up on the big screen on live TV and he won!! it was so funny, i dont think he knew he was up there so he just carried on with thousands of people watching!! ha ha!! Apart from that it was actually quite sad because everywhere was videos of steve irwin and pictures and you just saw how incredible he was!!

So now we are in Rainbow Beach and thats all i think! oh tommorrow we are kayaking in the sea with dolphins!! yay!!
