time for thai cooking school.... an expierence and a half visiting the not so animal friendly markets... where caged frogs are a local delicacy, and fish are starved of water interesting to say the least but the other food avaliable was amazing... and where chillies are considered something like salt and pepper (something to be had all all food, including fruit). Having a chance to mingle with other fellow english speaking was music to our ears even if they were aussy ( still love the accent ) cooking with poo in the slums of Bangkok was a recommened day out, learning to cook a traditional thai green curry, trying foods which with no understatement should remain in the garden and experimenting with fruits with an unnatural colour. all in all a eye opening cultural day out .... now time for a 14 hrs sleep
