Solo Traveller
I travelled to Mintaro a superbly preserved historic town on the edge of the Clare Valley. I have a friend in Mintaro named Vince who is an Architect and building his own house there. His grandparents actually lived in this town . Mintaro commenced around 1850 and was a stopover for Spanish mule drivers bringing copper from the Mines at Burra on the way to Port Lincoln. At times up to 100 drivers could pass through the town in a day.
I have left my Van at Vince's place while I travel to Adelaide for house sit.
