After applying patience hats we took the shuttle to the Snake river Brewery for dinner. We both had pizzas (roasted red peppers, goat cheese, truffles) and their IPA.
Our next stop was the cowboy bar. It is a tourist trap covered in knobby pine and has saddles as bar stools. We did a shot in the saddles, and then MB was swept off her feet on the dance floor by a spinning cowboy. Soon after we were both being twirled in every direction by aging cowboys.
We decided to leave the tourist trap and go to the Pink Rose which is a live music venue. The band had a chick singer with a killer tenor voice. They sang a version of the Traveling wilbury's 'Everybody needs somebody to lean on' which is now part of the roadtrip playlist.
Next stop was the Jackson Tavern which had an unfollowed DJ and a handful of uninteresting guys in a bachelor party. We decided to call our driver to head home. While we waited I decided it would be a good idea to climb it..
We proceeded back to our room for one last unnecessary shot of tequilla, and in our usual fashion talked until 3AM.
