So I'm in Dublin at UCD! I wanted to use my travel blog to update, but the internet here won't accept the site. The browser just closes whenever I try to log in. ::sigh:: Irish keyboards are different than American, btw. Not too mention the space bar on this one is not happy.

Soo.... 10 hour flight- not bad when you get your choice of 20 movies, several TVshows, music and games on your personal TV. I tried to sleep a couple times but it just wasn't happening... I'm too light a sleeper. So i watched Seven Pounds, The Watchmen and Twilight. I've now been up about 20 hours... i'm actually not doing too bad, tho. =) We got off the plane and it felt like San Jose- it's 80 degrees here!!! We packed for rainy, gloomy Irish weather-not California weather! lol. Today we have a free day.. no seminars, no hospital visits thankfully. We're meeting up at 2pm to go grab food and check out downtown Dublin. Should be neato. Our bus driver from the airport was funny as hell. He called our instructor a "b****" when she took a picture of him. lol! Just playfully,tho. He had a thick accent and a lisp, so being four rows back on the bus,i couldn't understand half of what he said. I was, however, amazed he didn't run over any of the little cars driving around Dublin (i got the feeling he was doing more talking than paying attention). Our rooms at UCD are amazing. I get my own private room (very small, but it's all mine!), that open up onto a hall like in a hotel. Then there's a communal kitchen also coming off the same hall. It's pretty nice. Anyway, i'm about to be out of time on my computer. I'll write more another day!
