Sunday. What a great day! I did nothing I was suposed to and everything I wanted to do. Starting at the end- Josa and Coen invited me for a cooking lesson and dinner. We had mussels the Dutch way and they were terrific! I don't have the cheif's permission, or I would share it. These people are awesome. It is pretty rare that someone invites strangers into their home. These two really made me feel welcome! I had home-brewed mint tea and the best coffee I have had in weeks! The bread, the fish, the veggies- just great!!THANK YOU BOTH!!!
On the way there, Coen showed me a 50 ft statue of Michael Jackson a fan bought and put in his McDonalds partking lot. I'll up load the pic- for real.
I went for a bike ride in a new direction. I rode about 18-19 k round trip to Liempe. It is a cute little town sleeping in the Sunday sun. On the way, I found a miniture golf course and a vending machine selling tomoatos. I have the pic to prove it. Can you believe it, Mom? A refrigerated vending machine for produce. These people are amazing. I rode into the parking lot expecting a coke machine. Nope! No un healthy, caffine laden, sodium saturated satisfaction for them...no sir- ee- Bob. Instead, we have refreshing, tasty red tomatos. Bags are complimentary.

Sunshine Wow! to your entire day! It sounds terrific and I never would have guessed about the contents of the vending machine.
MOM another week there with regular bike exercise and I would have taken this ride with you -- (maybe) - That would be a long ride for me but I would have loved it.
