just had a great day in los angeles!!! turns out not as bad as we first thought... today we took a bus (well three buses) from the hostel which is on hollywood blvd (the nasty end) to santa monica, we spent the day going around the shops checking out all of the famous american culture such as abercrombe and american eagle where i bought much needed flipflops.
