Got up at 5:30 this morning to start of tour to Urulu. We hadnt taken into account the initial 5 hour drive from Alice to the national park so that wasnt much fun in a small cramped full mini bus!

Once we arrived we went on an impressive 3 hour hike at the Valley of the Kings, which start with a very sheer climb up Heartattack Hill and culminated in an amazing swim at a water hole in the middle of the desert called The Garden of Eden (see photos), defo my trip highlight so far! We then went and collected firewood and made our way to our bushcamp, literally in the middle of nowhere in the bush (see photos). We cooked over the open fire and had a (good) few beers. fell asleep in a swag under the millions and millions of crystal clear stars and shooting stars. The temp at night drops from mid 30s in the day to minus 2 or 3 at night, so we were layering up!
