We've spent 3 days in Calgary and it was strange being back in a city after the mountains of Banff. The city was clean and nice but you had to look for things to do as a lot is inside because of the cold winters.

We decided that as we prefer the outdoor settings we would give Edmonton a miss and spend another few nights in Banff beforee heading off to whistler and vancouver island.

Arrvied back in Banff today to snowfall and immediately felt relaxed. Two nights here before we head off again. Hopefully we'll be able to fit in some white water rafting and a horse ride if the weather doesn't get too cold!
