The countdown continues as do the cooking experiments and prep work.
Although dinner last night was casserole done in the slow cooker I feel sure that I could convert this to be a pressure cooker recipe without too much hassle.
The van has been booked in to have a once over and some new shoes and will also be getting 'inked' so to speak with a sticker identifying us and a uhf channel.
The boys seem to have the countdown bug also so as a means of breaking things up we are planning a two night get away for the Mother's Day weekend.
Our front lounge looks like a combination between a general store and a camping depot with various bits and pieces but the pis de las resistance so far would have to be the toilet sitting in the coffee table!! Lol - no I haven't lost the plot (yet) it's still in the box and unused otherwise I assure you it wouldn't even be in the house let alone atop the coffee table!
