Before I begin with Cambodia, we had the pleasure of a fairly short bus journey across the border from Saigon. As we were dropped off from our Cu Chi Tunnels tour at the bus station, we had half an hour to wait, so Ryan decided to go grab us all a few snacks. He wondered off, and we waited...and waited. 20 minutes later, the bus was here and Boland still wasn't back. 5 minutes later, the bus ready to leave, we see Ryan strolling along without a care in the world ...

On to the next one! Nha Trang done and dusted, we jump on to the later bus (as we missed the early one!), and head off on ridiculous bus journey number 3. Can't remember the exact duration, but it was another sleeper, some where near 12/13 hours. The only way I can differentiate this bus journey to any other is my little bump. With Hoi An complete and our new buddy in tow, we jumped on to yet another bus trip to Nha Trang. This was probably my worst yet. Minimal leg room meant a seriously uncomfortable ride! We arrived in Nha Trang in the early hours of the morning, and slightly unexpectedly, it was raining! This was meant to be a beach town, but it was soaked. Sleeper bus number 2 from Hue to Hoi An. Shorter journey compared to our last, and the bed was slighty more comfortable. The weather was pretty awesome, must have been early 30's at least. We had a hotel booked, which once checked in, were pretty good in recommending a tailor to me. They had a book from previous guests with pros and cons of the tailors around Hoi An (there are literally hundreds of them!), and so we headed off to Peace! As Gary wasn't interested...

I'm going to stop with the "Mr.Gill" stuff now, because I'm sure you've all realised Gary is a lazy sod and won't be contributing nowt to our trip or the blog! SO, continuing on from the adventure in Hanoi, we board our first sleeper bus. For those that don't know, a sleeper bus consists of about 40 odd beds on a coach. What they fail to tell you, is that the bus beds are made for MIDGETS!! I managed to get a decent matress, whilst Gary was next to me with 2/3's...
