hello my darlings, i hope is all well wherever you all are. ive run into a bit of bad luck recently, i think st anthony has forgotten about me. Sophie and Katherine left to go back to Thailand yesterday which was sad, we had developed the special kind of bond you get after experiencing alot of stress and too much time together. after they had left i had an email from my mum saying i only had 200 pounds left in my account and that i had spent 900 pounds in a month. it said that in one day i had taken out about 200 pounds from the 'thai farmers bank' it all seems pretty fishy to me. so now im on a budhget of 6 pounds a day which as you can imagine isnt that flexible, its basicly eating and sleeping. anyway i told my hotel that i couldnt afford to do the tour to halong bay with them which is a shame because its supposed to be amazing, misty water with towering rocks coming up from the sea. they responsed by promptly kicking me out, what kind and lovely people. when i was packing up to go i realised i could find my phone anywhere and had to complely unpack my bag in reception. i had seen it that morning but by the time i got back from finding a new hotel it was gone. unfortunatly it was my phone/camera so all my pictures are gone (luckily they wernt particularly good.) well anyway my new hotel is pretty snazzy, it has a telly which is good when you cant afford to do any sightseeing and air con, unfortunatly it happens to be on the 6th floor but not everything can be perfect. anyway ive spent the last few days watching braveheart, bridget jones' diary and footie and am feeling a bit better about the whole thing, its just money and at least im not ill or anything. i suppose ive developed never ending patience with the world from travelling round asia for too long. im due to fly back to bangkok (thank to momma) to meet my cuz imogen and then we are up north to see the mountains and chang mai. after that is india!!! yayayaya im so excited. lots of love ya'll from camilla x x x x x x
