In short, we visited the Tower of London (we were there early and avoided the queues), Tina did the London Bridge, we walked along the Thames to St Pauls, crossed the Millenium bridge to the Tate, had a walk around the Globe Theatre.

Having done the buses and tube previously our plan was to use the black cabs this day. It worked much better, getting us to the Tower early, getting us from the Tate to Selfridges with minimal fuss and then later back to our hotel.

Had some rain today, had dinner at the hotel.

While I enjoyed wandering around in the White Tower of the Tower of London I think I was over being a tourist by now and was ready to head home.
