Prior to the trip we had organised a tour for this day to stratford-On-Avon and the Cotswolds.

We had a 8am pickup from the nearby Royal National hotel.

First stop was Warwick castle and authentic castle which has been disneylanded but was a great experience nonetheless. Saw a trebuchet being fired (filmed the whole thing).

From there we headed to Stratford-on-Avon and walked through Shakespeares birth house. was great just to spend time soaking up the place and its surrounds.

We then drove on through the Cotswolds while our Brazilian tour guide explained the significance of the area and the local stone and highlighted some buildings in the villages.

Onward to Oxford where we walked around some of the colleges, had excellent commentary and got to do some Harry Potter shopping.

Our guide was very happy, we had a brilliant run of traffic back to London, and we were dropped off at Hyde Park from where we walked back to Leister Square and had dinner at Jamie Olivers popup restaurant before walking back to the hotel.
