Hi, final day! Tried to have a slightly less hectic day today - well less walking anyway. We got the star ferry over to Hong Kong Island and walked to the Peak Tram - a tram which takes you up to 'The Peak'. It's an amazing ride 'cause its just so steep and as you go past the skyscrapers they are almost at 45 degrees to you. Hi, this place really saps your energy! Yesterday we went over to Hong Kong Island to Ocean Park and spent the whole day there. We visited an aviary, saw an amazing jellyfish 'show' - I can't really explain it you'll have to wait to see the photos! Then we got a cable car over to the other side of the hill and saw an acrobactic show and the pandas - they were amazing, 4 of them in all most of them sleeping but one was just sat there stuffing his face with bamboo....

We have arrived in Hong Kong - the journey was pretty lengthy especially as we got delayed on the tarmac in the plane at Auckland for and hour and half before we even took off! We all felt pretty exhausted by the time we got here at 7am although the boys had been amazingly good considering! Hi got here lunchtimeish yesterday and checked into the hotel. Then had to completely empty the campervan - it actually didn't take us too long. Al took it back to the depot, we were sad to see it go! Hi - we are now in Hamner Springs but not for much longer! Yesterday we woke up in Kaikoura to torrential rain but a slightly brighter day 'cause we could actually see the outline of the mountains. We had to wait till 8am to find if the dolphin trip was on at 8.30. We phoned and amazingly it was so we got wrapped up and hurried down to the place.
