So, Tuesday - do you want to be on the same team or do you want to kick lumps out of each other?
Rob Fletcher
just back from holiday so haven't visited your site for a while ...just catching up and it sounds fantastic....it seems to me that the loch lomond stretch sounded iffy apart from the cycle through glasgow ....hope you are up for it sometime in the future with another companion ..cheers

Well did you finish? Have been searching your blog this last few days but nothing. Was it as John said that it was so remote you could not get access to the Internet. Well I hope you both finished safely and accomplished what you set out to do and are still talking. Look forward to seeing you Monday.
Jim.

The last message was on Monday from an isolated cottage by Loch Ness and then........nothing.
Should we start worrying or is it just too remote.
See you Tuesday

Hi both, just catching up with your journey and can't believe you are nearly there.
Good luck on the final leg and enjoy the moment Dx

Hiya also just caught up with you on the blog - nearly nearly there now deserve (lots of) beer and soak! Whats next - Barcelona? See you all on Friday - have great celebrations at John O'Groats! xx

Just caught up on the blog, and was particularly interested to read you had stayed in Crewe! Just told all in the office (all 3 of us!) that I have family there, so you could have stayed with them! However, further description of the decor leads me to think that, by pure fluke, you may have already found the family!! Loving the updates - not so sure about the detail re the vaseline! :-) Keep it up, and see you soon! Nicki x

Read your blog today. Brings back memories of Fortwilliam and Loch Ness. You have been blessed with good weather and lovely scenary. Dull as hell down here. Knew I should have volunteered for back up team. Good luck with the final leg. Look forward to the blog.
Jim.

Well, the rain is indeed a bummer but I'll bet that sunny skies are just up the next hill. Think of you two every day.

Great news!!!
When you get to JoG, there is a ferry to the Orkneys. It's your chance to beat all those people who thought John O' Groats was enough. And the really good news is.....................bicycles travel FREE.

Thanks Dave! You left those maps on the wall just for me didn't you? Much appreciated. But you haven't fallen in anything wet yet, so may I suggest Loch Ness?
