de Edmonton gig tomorrow night, meeting up with Pam for a film and a curry on Saturday pm., and friends in the garden for drinks Sunday afternoon. Shame the water feature won't be connected, but will be insitu and working by the time we get back from Scotland. I'm really enjoying how busy I am and how much I'm achieving in the garden and house and meeting uip with folks. Also able to sit and enjoy the garden space for some of the time. Pam pointed out to me tonight an article int the Mercury about 2 guys from Chapmore End who are doing LeJog. However they are starting at JOG and arriving at LE on 4.6.10. I think that you two should contact the Mercury on your return with photo's and info re jouney + sponsorship info and asking for contributions. Meeting Lelly and Wendy for lunch tomorrow, Sandra's working tomorrow but will see her pm at the Corn Excgange. Hope you have another good day tomorow. Lots of love. Be safe.xxxxxxx

Just catching up on all the blogs. Did give me a well neded laugh as I tend to the same packing technique although I haven't managed to drop anything off the roof yet... I hope the cycling continues to go well and the weather is kind. We are all thinking of you here.

Us middle aged ladies love lycra clad young men! Nor so sure about older ones though. X

Am plotting your journey on the map. Looks like you've got a long way already although I know there are some steep climbs to come. Glad to hear you are providing excitement for the middle aged ladies of this country!

It's a beautiful day in Ware, the sun is shining and it's hot. YIPEE.Thank you for my birthday cards. Very appropriate. The cupboards in the kitchen have now been filled up and there seems to be a bit of space in the dining room and the study. Just been on to Homebase re missing bits, which hopefully will be here Thursday. Hope your day is enjoyable and rewarding and that you have a nice place to stay this pm. Shona phoned enroute to her conference in Cheltenham to say Happy Birthday. She sends her love.
Be safe. Love you bothxxxxxxx

I hope day 3 has arrived sunny and wind less (unless it's behind you). I had a very wet and miserable journey for most of yesterday, albeit in the car, and was sending you lots of love and energy to get through the rain and up the hils.. Hope it helped. But really tea in the car park at Lidl!!!!. No doubt you went to a pub later and enjoyed the comfort of seats, carpet, space, heat and toilets to the full. Miss you. Be safe. LoveHTXXX
