Today I awoke and was not my usual bright and breezy self! But after devouring some peanut butter on crumpets and a large coffee, I set off for my day.

I walked to the cable car stop and got a cable car to the botanic gardens. Walking around the botanic gardens really made me feel better, although when you've seen one plant, you've seen them all (right mum??!!). Walked through the memorial park as well, very morbid but very interesting, I've always liked looking at graves and finding out about peoples deaths (strange child!). Also went into the chapel where it had information on a lot of the graves. A lot of the children died young, not many would make it into adulthood due to a lot of them having diptheria.

After feeling very cultured I headed back to the hostel chilled out (again!). There was a toga party at the hostel which I was at first not fussed about, especially after the previous night. But fashionably late I got into the swing of things with my new friend Glitzy Galore (one of the lads dressed up in drag). Luckily due to everyones attire we stayed and drank in the hostel and played games until the early hours of the morning.
