We woke at 6 and packed for our bus at 8am to Puno...a 7 hour bus with no stops :( And a lot of Peruvian music!
We arrived at 3.30 and at 4 Hernan showed us the main plaza and enjoyed a late 3 course lunch for 15 soles.
Garth was feeling tired so went back to the hotel whilst I went to buy fruit for our families on Lake Titicaca tomorrow. There was a miscommunication between the fruit lady and Grant. But I finally got done stamps for my postcards.
An early night despite the celebrations going on around. Every February Puno has a religious festival where dancers and bands roam the streets, lots of beer is drunk and fireworks are set off!
