Today we woke to more rain, but more of a drizzle. We managed to have some time outside enjoying the park. We took a walk around the lake and seen some wildlife.
We met a couple from Hagerstown that is camped a few sites up from us, they own a Sunline too!!! They are a friendly couple who enjoy their Sunny as much as us.
We took a ride down route 40 to Gambrill Hill State park. They have a handfull of campsites, but they look on the small side and packed in. I doubt we will ever camp there.
The over look at Gambrill Hill State Park is well worth the drive there! The views are amazing. We spent some time just walking around and being far on top the mountain.
When we got back to the campsite we made a very nice dinner of Ribeye steaks grilled on Davids new O-grill. I think we will be keeping this little handy grill around. It done a great job!
After dinner we enjoyed having a campfire, played ball with the girls, and just enjoyed being outside, even know the temps were low. We both had layers of clothes on, but with the cold wind it made it feel so much colder outside.
We did enjoy listening to a pair of barred owls hooting.
After our campfire we headed inside to play some cards, watch a movie and off to bed.
It always sucks when you know tomorrow you have to pack up and go home.
