We woke this morning to the sound of a Thai man playing the guitar, and after a lovely pancake breakfast we set off over the lake to another island. We trekked up through the jungle slowly rising up a hill, until we reached a steep rock climb which only a few people attempted! It was a really hard climb on the sharp rocks but the view from the top was absolutely incredible. We could see all over the lake, just water and jungle as far as we could see and amazing colours. We were all drenched in sweat as the heat was almost unbearable. As we made our way down Liv caught her knee on a jagged angry rock, but soon we were back to diving in the refreshing lake at the rafthouses. By the time we got back (our boat kept breaking down and overheating!) the other half of our tour group had arrived at the rafthouses too, so we all had a nice lunch together then spent a lazy afternoon sunbathing. We kayaked around the island again, jumping in for a cool off as we went round.
