We woke early this morning to leave with some other group members on a Thai cookery course. We met our teacher in a songthaew and were firstly taken to a local market, where he showed us the different ingredients we would be using throughout the morning. These included coconut milk, butter and cream, fresh lemongrass, ginger basil, fresh fish, and various chilli and fish pastes.
