Firstly - if anyone else asks or says to 'oh but you look like an Indian!!' I'm going to .......... Well suggestions for an answer would be welcome!
Well today ended up being a day of travel planning for the next two weeks. We went to New Delhi this morning in a tuk tuk which was a bit hair raising to say the least!
After a visit to the Tourist information place we have booked and planned the next two weeks. We ignorantely did not think about the profound impact that the common wealth games would have on public transport. There is no train to Agra (Taj Mahal) for the next 6 days. So we thought we would get a train directly to Jaisalmer - well there is a waiting list until 22nd October!!! We have booked a taxi to take us around Rajasthan and back to Delhi so this is our plan for 2 weeks.
