It was cloudy and raining when I woke up. It remained that way right until about 7pm. I started to fall out of love with the city. Started the touring again. Went to to the Space and Air Musuem. It is amazing. Also went to the Natural History Museum. Also amazing. Went to the National Archives. Saw the original Declaration of Independence, bill of rights, constitution, etc. Washington has so many museums that it there is never enough time to do justice to them.

Was not able to walk around many of the sights and took photos of them through the rain covered windows of the bus. It was good to be able to go museums instead.

Did not get time to do the walking tours as I could never make it on time. Traffic in Washington is terrible and the rain just made it worse.

Took a boat cruise down the Potomac at 8pm but it is a bit of a time waster. Then walked from the Georgetown Harbour back to the hotel. Georgetown is a student suburb and has its own distinctive atmosphere.
