Today we decided to take the bikes to Seaford (to save biking up a big big hill that is very narrow with lots of traffic and no bike path) to ride along beach front to the Marina in Newhaven. I started the day by walking the dog through Friston Forrest and then Linda and I went into Eastbourne for a bit of shopping. I had to buy some bigger shirts to allow for the effects from all our wining and dining during the last 6 or 7 weeks. Up early this morning (back to normal hours) We drove into Eastbourne with the bikes and parked at the base of Beachy Head and then rode along the front to Sovereign Harbour where we stopped for coffee before fighting the headwind back up to the cars. Today saw us packing up and moving out of the Richmond Park house and heading back to Wellingborough to drop Mum back home. The journey back was good with only light traffic.
